Armònia SGR is an independent Italian private equity manager owned and controlled by its managers, with offices in Rome and Milan. It manages two closed-end alternative funds reserved for institutional investors, Armònia Italy Fund and Armònia Italy Fund II, which consolidate Made in Italy SMEs through buy-and-build strategies with investments of €25–75m each. Targets include machinery, mechanics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, services, consumer goods, food and luxury companies facing generational change or a lack of capital or management.
