Asterion Industrial Partners, SGEIC, S.A. (CNMV reg. no. 138, 20/09/2018) was founded in 2018 by Jesús Olmos, Winnie Wutte and Guido Mitrani and has offices in Madrid and London. It invests in mid-market infrastructure in Western Europe, focusing on telecoms, energy and utilities, and mobility, combining a financial team with operating partners and an industrial advisory board. Its third fund, Asterion Industrial Infra Fund III FCR, closed in September 2025 at €3.4bn (target €3.2bn), €3.65bn including co-investment, from 68 investors including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and insurers.
