Astorg is a partner-owned private equity firm headquartered in Luxembourg, with offices in London, Paris, Milan, Frankfurt and New York, and about €24bn of assets under management. It invests through two buyout strategies: Astorg Flagship (target enterprise values €500M–€1.5bn) and Astorg Mid-Cap (€100M–€500M), focused on international B2B leaders in healthcare, technology and business services. Its eighth flagship fund, Astorg VIII, had reached €4bn of commitments by July 2023 against a €4.5bn hard cap. In August 2026 it completed the carve-out of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s microbiology business.
