Overview

Atlante Gestion is an independent Paris portfolio management company, authorised by the AMF since March 2010, that raises money from institutional and professional investors to invest in social infrastructure, the decarbonisation of maritime and inland shipping, and energy-transition projects. Its first fund, France Infrastructures 1 (2011), financed public-private partnerships in education and health; its successor Atlante Infrastructures (2021) holds operational PPP assets such as Opale (the Balard defence headquarters) and the Nice Allianz Riviera stadium. In 2025 it launched Atlante Marine 1, which takes equity in asset companies owning low-carbon vessels on long-term charters; in April 2024, as a first step towards that fund, Atlante Marine took equity alongside TOWT and Crédit Mutuel Impact in the asset company owning six new TOWT sail cargo ships.

Investment thesis

Structured equity and debt financing for assets employed under long-term contracts: public-private partnership infrastructure, decarbonised vessels on long-term charters, and energy-transition projects, with ESG criteria applied from selection to exit.
