Overview

Byway Capital is a Paris-based long-term (evergreen) investment fund and AMF-authorised management company, created at the initiative of the Hartwood family office, with an investment team drawn from family offices and investment funds. It invests as majority or minority shareholder, through equity, flex equity or mezzanine, in profitable small and mid-cap companies (EBITDA €2–50M) in service sectors in France and Europe, with no fixed holding period. Its founder and managing partner, Florent Thomann, was previously Chief Investment Officer of Creadev. Holdings include Systra, Medicore, Leetchi/iRaiser, CDS Groupe, Olifan Group and La Tête dans les Nuages.
