Overview
Deutsche Credit Capital Partners (DCCP) is a German asset management platform for alternative, bank-independent corporate lending, founded in 2017 by Dr. Nicolaus Loos, formerly head of sales at IKB Deutsche Industriebank. It structures and arranges mainly senior secured loans, unitranche, subordinated and hybrid capital for mid-sized and private-equity-owned companies with €25 million to €1 billion in revenue and at least €5 million EBITDA, in DACH, Benelux and Scandinavia. For institutional investors it offers senior loans and private placements, senior direct lending and opportunistic credit strategies via Luxembourg fund vehicles and separate managed accounts. In November 2025 it became an Aktiengesellschaft with a supervisory board chaired by Martin Korbmacher, said it was seeking regulated asset-manager status, and launched a non-sponsored senior debt partnership with apoBank.
Investment thesis
Targets companies with experienced management, a good market position and a stable business model, financing growth, acquisitions and refinancings, with a growing focus on non-sponsored senior debt for the German Mittelstand.
