Elige Capital is the brand of Elige Gestion, an AMF-authorised management company co-founded in 2015 by Emmanuelle Cappello and Grégoire Bouvier, with offices in Lyon (registered seat) and Paris. It manages two vehicles, the SCR Elige Capital and the FPCI Elige Capital 2, both subscribed by private investors who are business owners and by institutional investors. It invests €1M–€4M, alone or as co-investor, as minority reference or majority shareholder in MBOs, MBIs, group carve-outs, build-ups and growth financings of French SMEs in any sector.
