Overview
Finint Investments SGR is the asset management company of the Banca Finint group, set up in 2004 as one of the first Italian alternative SGRs. It manages real estate, renewable energy, private debt (minibond funds PMI Italia I–III), private equity (Finint Equity for Growth), NPL and UTP funds, and since the 2024–2025 acquisition of a business unit of Hedge Invest SGR also liquid alternative funds. It reported over €5.8bn under management across 54 funds after that deal, with offices in Conegliano, Milan, Trento and London.
Investment thesis
Private debt: short and medium-long term debt instruments to support growth and internationalisation of Italian SMEs (PMI Italia funds). Private equity: Finint E4G supports Italian SMEs in long-term growth and capital strengthening, including buy-and-build aggregations.
