Fortitude Capital SCR is a Lisbon-based private equity firm founded in 2022 that invests in any sector with a total-return focus, across the capital structure (debt, equity or hybrid instruments) and with a preference for cash-flow-generating investments. Its flagship Portugal Special Situations Fund I was launched in May 2023 and its successor, Fund II, in Q3 2025; it also manages The Oitavos Fund, which owns The Oitavos Hotel.
