Overview

Harvest Capital Management is a Barcelona private-equity manager created in 2023 by Jaume Oliu Barton, a former Banco Sabadell corporate-development executive, and Franc Gómez-Landero, founder of Itaca Capital Partners. Its second, Itaca Search Fund Partners II FCRE (registered 2025, target €30m, up to €40m), invests directly and through search funds in small and medium-sized companies, mostly through 2–50% stakes.
