Overview
INDUS Holding AG is a Bergisch Gladbach investment holding that has bought and grown Mittelstand companies since 1989 and has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 1995 (SDAX). It focuses on family-owned businesses with unique engineering capabilities, often as a succession solution, takes an evergreen, no-leverage holding perspective and today owns more than 40 companies organised in the segments Engineering, Infrastructure and Materials Solutions. Its EMPOWERING MITTELSTAND strategy plans more than EUR 500 million of acquisitions by 2030, with the search for new portfolio companies widened to all of Europe and add-ons sought globally. In December 2025 it acquired over 80% of PRO VIDEO, a provider of professional media technology.
