InfraVia Capital Partners is an independent Paris private-equity manager, authorised by the AMF since 2008 (GP-08000018), that invests in real assets and technology. Its core infrastructure strategy invests across telecoms and digital infrastructure, energy transition, transport, healthcare and social infrastructure in Europe; its growth strategy invests €10–50M in European B2B digital companies at Series B–D or in growth buyouts; a critical-metals strategy launched in 2023 is seeded by the French State with up to €500M; and its real-estate strategy (formerly OREIMA) repositions prime city-centre assets. In March 2026 it closed InfraVia European Fund VI at its €8bn hard cap, bringing total capital raised to €21bn from more than 200 investors.
