L&B Capital SGR is the asset-management company of the Banca Ifigest banking group, created in 2007 as Soprarno SGR by Banca Ifigest and Carifirenze. It was authorised as a manager of reserved closed-end AIFs in 2023 and launched the Italian Renewable Resources (IRR) private equity fund in 2024. In October 2025, after completing the acquisition of venture capital manager Milano Investment Partners (MIP), it became operational as L&B Capital SGR, chaired by Angelo Moratti with Tommaso Federici as CEO. Alongside its alternative funds it manages the Soprarno UCITS funds and discretionary mandates.
