M Capital (M Capital Partners, formerly Midi Capital) is an AMF-authorised portfolio management company headquartered in Toulouse, with offices in Paris, Bordeaux and Nice among others. Its CEO Rudy Secco bought the company from Groupe BPCE and developed four business lines: venture (€0.5M–€3M in seed and Series A start-ups), development capital and LBO in consumer brands and family SMEs, private debt for the tourism sector, and real estate.
