Overview

Noteus Partners is an independent growth equity firm investing in fast-growing, category-defining European technology companies with proven, scalable models. Its team, led by CEO Yann du Rusquec with general partners Nathalie Kornhoff Brüls, Guillaume d’Audiffret and Zoé Fabian-Frey, left Eurazeo's growth business in 2023 and says it has collectively invested more than €2.6bn in 27 companies. Its first institutional vehicle, the Noteus Bridge Fund, closed at €413m with stakes in seven companies plus capital for new deals; a Growth Fund 2025 vehicle was created in April 2025. It has offices in Paris, London, Berlin and Madrid.
