Overview
Qualium Investissement is an AMF-authorised Paris management company created in 1998 under the aegis of the Caisse des Dépôts (CDC); it took the Qualium name in 2010 and its investment team took majority control of the capital in 2017. It invests equity in French SMEs and mid-caps in all sectors, as majority or minority shareholder, in transmission and growth situations, including buy-and-build platforms. Its funds come from about fifty institutional and private subscribers, including the CDC. It states €2.1bn invested in more than 70 companies since 1998, with a team of 20.
