Overview

RIVE Private Investment was created in 2013 and is based in Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg. It invests for institutional investors and family offices through funds and dedicated mandates in two areas: equity in European energy-transition SMEs that own their infrastructure, and acquisition and operating leasing of transport assets. Its RIVE Infrastructure Impact Fund (RIIF), launched in 2024, held a €180M first closing with a €100M commitment from the European Investment Fund; its transport programme RTAIF combines an evergreen and a closed-end fund. It reported passing €1bn of assets under management in 2024.
