Overview
Sinloc Investimenti SGR is the asset management company of the Sinloc group, a Padua consulting and investment group for local infrastructure whose shareholders are twelve Italian banking foundations. It was entered in the Bank of Italy register of AIF managers in November 2024. It manages the Fondo Infrastructure & Transition Energy (ITEF) and the Sinloc Transition Energy Fund (TEF), both SFDR Article 9, which buy stakes in renewable-energy project companies, and the Basket Bond Piemonte minibond fund for Piedmont SMEs, which held its first closing in September 2026.
