ABOUT

SwanCap Partners is an independent Munich private equity platform established in 2013 as a spin-out of the private equity unit of HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit, whose team began investing in 2000. It invests for institutional investors and large family offices through primary fund commitments to buyout funds, direct co-investments alongside sponsors and direct secondaries in Europe and North America, via its Swan fund series and managed accounts. SwanCap reports more than EUR 5bn of assets under management, 300+ fund commitments, 150+ co-investments and 75+ secondaries. Its funds are managed by its in-house Luxembourg AIFM, SwanCap Investment Management S.A., with offices in Munich, New York, Luxembourg and Milan.

Multi-strategy private equity in Europe and North America: primary commitments to mid-market buyout funds (with selective small- and large-cap exposure; buyout, buy-and-build, special situations and growth equity), direct co-investments alongside leading sponsors and direct secondaries; not active in venture capital, credit or real estate funds.
