Overview
Tressis Gestión, S.G.I.I.C., S.A. is the Madrid-based collective investment manager of the Tressis private banking group, founded in 2011 and registered with the CNMV as SGIIC no. 223. In December 2019 it was authorised by the CNMV to manage private equity (capital riesgo) and closed-ended vehicles. Its first such vehicle, Tressis Capital Tech I FCR (2021), is a fund of funds investing in venture capital, private equity and hybrid funds focused on technology companies in Europe and Israel. The CNMV register lists Tressis Gestión as the manager of four FCRs and four SCRs, including Plan Capital Privado Global FCR, a private equity and infrastructure fund of funds marketed through Tressis SV.

Funds of funds for Tressis clients: Tressis Capital Tech I FCR targets 15–20 venture, private equity and hybrid funds (and secondaries) focused on technology companies (industry 4.0, IoT, fintech, e-health, silver economy, cybersecurity, AI) mainly in Europe and Israel; Plan Capital Privado Global FCR invests globally in private equity and infrastructure funds, mainly Western Europe and North America.
