Overview
Ver Capital SGR is an independent Milan asset management company established in 2005 and focused on European corporate credit. It manages funds across five verticals: Euro high yield, Euro leveraged loans, Italian private debt, special situations and energy transition. Clients are institutional (insurers, pension funds, foundations, banks, family offices and funds of funds), and the Ver Capital ELTIF Italia opens private debt to retail investors. Its Special Situations fund provides new money, mainly super-senior financing with governance control, to Italian companies in temporary stress.
