CRB Health Tech, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. (formerly CRB Inverbio) is a CNMV-registered manager (no. 87, October 2010) founded in 2008, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. Its first two funds invested in biotech, diagnostics and medical devices; CRB Bio II exited Health in Code in February 2026. Its third fund, CRB Digital Health III, closed at €50M in May 2026 against a €30M target, backed by Sanitas, Roca Group, CBNK, Cantabria Labs and other corporates, family offices, SETT, CDTI, ICF and Barcelona City Council.

Investment thesis

Digital health companies past clinical or regulatory validation: digital diagnostics and AI applied to diagnosis, digital therapeutics and virtual care, health-data integration and hospital digitalisation. Tickets €500K–€1.5M, up to €4–5M per company, at seed and Series A in Spain and Europe.
