ABOUT
Mastertech Capital is a series of venture capital companies (SCRs) set up by the Barcelona wealth manager Talenta Gestión to invest in technology venture funds rather than directly in startups. The first vehicle launched in 2017 with €8.9m, the second in 2020 with €7.9m and the third in 2021 with €6m committed (expandable to €10m); by 2021 the first had committed €8.4m to 18 funds, including Nauta, Seaya Ventures, Bonsai, SeedRocket, Seedcamp, Idinvest, Ardian, Lakestar and G Squared. Mastertech Capital IV, registered with the CNMV in May 2026, is a pure fund of funds aiming at about 40 seed and early-stage funds in Europe and the United States, with no direct co-investments.

Builds diversified indirect exposure to technology startups by committing to seed and early-stage venture funds in Europe and the US, selected on team strategy, terms and exit discipline; Mastertech Capital IV makes no direct co-investments.
