ABOUT

Nara Capital is a Barcelona investment firm set up in 2022; its manager, Nara Capital Partners SGEIC, was registered with the CNMV in July 2022. Its main regulated vehicle, Nara Health Capital I FCR, invests in early-stage biotech, medtech and diagnostics companies, often alongside Clave Capital and CDTI Innvierte; holdings include Aortyx, Biointaxis, OneChain Immunotherapeutics, MiMARK Diagnostics, Innitius and Tesai Care. In 2024 it launched Nara Ventures, a €100m fund of funds with Plug and Play to back top-quartile and emerging VC managers. A third strategy originates renewable-energy projects. It is led by founding partner and CEO Josep Magdalena.
