Utopia SIS S.p.A. is a Bologna-based Società di Investimento Semplice, a simplified venture capital vehicle with net assets capped at €50M, registered with Banca d’Italia in the SICAF register. It targets seed and Series A deals in life sciences: disease-modifying drugs, cross-border projects with artificial intelligence, medical devices, and diagnostics and biomarkers.
