12 Venture Srl Società Benefit is a Milan startup studio focused on EdTech and HRTech for lifelong learning and corporate education, supported by the Enzima12 training-and-employment group. It says it creates startups in series and invests human and economic capital in each, and also invests as a venture partner in external early-stage EdTech-HRTech startups. In 2025 it closed its first capital increase of €500,000, reaching 80 shareholders, was certified as an accelerator by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) and ran its first vertical acceleration programme, EdTech Launchpad, with ten startups.
