Overview

LaGemma Venture S.r.l. was incorporated in Cuneo on 11 March 2024 on the initiative of Fondazione CRC, its sole shareholder, which finances its investments. Each year it selects agrifood, sustainability and wellbeing start-ups through its Call4Future and runs a four-and-a-half-month acceleration programme with SocialFare, investing mainly through interest-free loans convertible into equity. It invested €1.7M in 11 start-ups in AGRIFOOD24 and approved €2.7M for 14 start-ups in AGRIFOOD25; the AGRIFOOD26 call offers seed investments of up to €175k.
