Overview

Synergence is the non-profit business-angel association of Poitou-Charentes, active since 2004, with a president and vice-presidents in Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-Sèvres and Vienne. Since 2020 members invest through Synergence Invest, a variable-capital company they own (minimum €20k each) whose investment committee of all shareholders decides by qualified majority, and may add individual investments. It usually comes in at post-seed, with €50k–€120k from Synergence Invest per company and rounds of up to €1M with partners. Its portfolio includes Elixir Aircraft, Gleeph, Seekyo and PH Tech.
