Overview
Healtion Ventures is the corporate venture capital programme of Healtion S.r.l. Società Benefit (Healtion Group), a Calenzano-based healthy-food group whose brands include Probios, Baule Volante, Fior di Loto, La Finestra sul Cielo and ViviBio. It supports startups, scale-ups and projects in healthy food, food tech and sustainability with capital, market access and distribution, supply-chain links and product and process know-how. Applicants must already have a developed product or technology or be at an advanced prototype stage. In November 2025 it took a 30% stake in Vegeatal, a Tuscan producer of plant-based alternatives to cheese and cured meats.
