ABOUT

Opera Tech Ventures was launched in Paris in 2018 as the venture capital arm of the BNP Paribas Group and invests in companies transforming financial services, including fintech, insurtech, proptech and mobility. It is a fund operating exclusively for the BNP Paribas Group, entrusted to the Private Assets teams of BNP Paribas Asset Management, and takes minority stakes of €3–15M from Series A to Series C, mainly in Europe and North America. By March 2025 it had invested in 17 startups and made three exits; in January 2026 it co-led the €20M Series C of cyber insurer Stoïk.
