ABOUT

Pascual Innoventures, S.L.U. is the corporate venturing vehicle of Pascual, the Spanish dairy and food group, set up in 2021 as an independent company and described at launch as a personal commitment of the Pascual family. It works through venture building, venture capital investments in startups, open innovation and the Mylkcubator incubation programme run with Eatable Adventures. Its search areas are agtech, food science (alternative proteins, functional ingredients, beverages), food service, consumer tech and delivery. In 2022–2023 it invested €1.5 million in four Mylkcubator alumni working on dairy proteins.
