Overview
Armada Investment AG was founded in 2000 by Daniel S. Aegerter, who built the B2B marketplace Tradex Technologies and sold it to Ariba in 2000. Based in Zurich, the firm says it invests only its own permanent capital, with no outside investors, across venture, growth, private and public equity and real estate. In venture it backs founders from the earliest stages through growth, mainly in Europe and the United States, in areas ranging from advanced nuclear and robotics to financial infrastructure. It co-led Blykalla's Series A extension in 2024 and co-led the Swedish reactor developer's US$50M round in December 2025, and took part in Gravis Robotics' $23M round in November 2025.
