Compagnie de l'Odet is a listed holding company that owns 71% of Bolloré SE and is itself directly and indirectly controlled by Sofibol, Financière V and Omnium Bolloré. Its consolidated group comprises Bolloré Energy and industrial activities (films, systems, Blue Solutions), equity-accounted stakes in UMG, Canal+, Louis Hachette Group, Havas and Vivendi, and Socfin group holdings carried as financial assets. Odet also invests directly: in 2025 it sold UMG shares and bought Canal+ shares (and Havas shares through its 49%-owned Compagnie de l'Étoile des Mers, which held 22.6% of Havas by March 2026), and in 2026 it raised its direct Canal+ stake to 4.8% and bought a further 3.2% of Bolloré SE. Net cash was €3,658M at 30 June 2026 (€5,126M at end-2025), after Bolloré SE's sales of Bolloré Africa Logistics (2022) and Bolloré Logistics (2024) for about €10bn.
