Overview
Inveravante was set up in 2007 by Manuel Jove Capellán after he sold the real-estate developer Fadesa. Based in A Coruña, it operates in four sectors: real-estate development through Avantespacia, hotels through the Attica21 chain, energy through Avantegenera and selected agrifood products (wines, cheeses, oils) through Terraselecta, with a presence in Morocco, Latin America and Romania. After Manuel Jove died in May 2020, his children Felipa and Manuel Ángel Jove became co-chairs and Jaime de Lacalle Noriega was named chief executive. In 2022 the group reported revenue of €270M, net profit of €17.7M and equity of €1,364M, half of revenue coming from property development. In February 2026 its developer Avantespacia had more than 1,600 homes in over 20 developments across five provinces, for delivery between 2026 and 2029.
