Overview

Koramic Investments NV is a Kortrijk company registered since 11 September 1883 (Belgian company register). In 2024 Koramic Holding was renamed Koramic Investments and, in the company's words quoted by De Rijkste Belgen, turned from an industrial holding into a family office: a family-controlled company run by professional management. Christian Dumolin built his fortune in the brick and roof-tile industry, sold that business to Wienerberger and largely reinvested the proceeds; the group holds industrial companies such as Créaset/Hecht and Marcel & Co Digital Printing and real estate through Koramic Real Estate. In 2024 Koramic agreed to combine its French construction-chemicals subsidiary Cermix with Vicat's VPI under Vicat, remaining a shareholder.
