Overview

Quilvest Capital Partners is the private-markets manager of the Bemberg Capital group, whose family office was set up in Paris in 1917 and which made its first private equity fund commitments in 1972. It opened its platform to third-party investors in 2000 and reports more than $7bn under management for over 400 limited partners, while still managing the Bemberg family's wealth. It runs a lower-mid-market buyout strategy in Western Europe and North America, a primaries, co-investments and secondaries programme (about $4bn), and a US lower-mid-market private credit strategy. Its third buyout fund closed above $500M in March 2025.
