Turim Family Office

Overview

Turim says it was founded in 2001 by Gustavo Marini and is one of Brazil's first independent family offices, working on a fee-based model without selling products or taking commissions. Its family-office services cover global portfolio management and allocation, a private equity and venture capital programme giving clients access to funds and co-investments, impact investing, wealth planning, offshore compliance, family governance and consolidated reporting; it also serves institutional clients such as endowments and private foundations. It is the only South American member of the Wigmore Association of international family offices and a PRI signatory. Its regulated entity Turim 21 Investimentos Ltda. (Rio de Janeiro) has been a CVM-registered portfolio manager since 2002.

Investment thesis

Impartial, long-term global allocation focused on preserving family wealth, combining local and international markets, PE/VC fund access and co-investments, and impact investments in education, health and climate.
