SEPIDES (Sociedad Estatal de Promoción Industrial y Desarrollo Empresarial, E.P.E.) is a public business entity organically attached to SEPI and functionally dependent on the Ministerio de Industria y Turismo, with a real-estate arm (business parks on former industrial land) and a business-finance arm. It finances companies directly through equity stakes, participative loans and ordinary loans of €500,000 to €6M, and through venture capital and closed-ended funds managed by its wholly owned SGEIC, SEPIDES Gestión: Germina Capital SEPI FCR (technology startups), Consolida Adelante CLM, Ingenio CLM and a joint fund with ENISA and Fond-ICOpyme. It also manages the FAIIP industrial investment fund of the Ministerio de Industria y Turismo.
