Overview

Actyus Private Equity SGIIC, S.A. is the alternative investment manager of the Andorran banking group Andbank, registered with the CNMV in February 2023. It runs its own strategies in fintech venture capital (Actyus Fintech, about €60M, investing in Latin America, Europe and the US), venture debt (Actyus Growth Finance FCR-PYME, €40M), private equity co-investments and secondaries (Actyus Coinvest; Actyus Secondary Fund with Arcano), sports and entertainment (NIAN Sports I) and real estate with Urbanitae.
