Overview

Atlas SGR is an independent Milan-based manager of alternative investment funds, authorised by the Bank of Italy in September 2022 (formerly Main Capital SGR). It manages three funds: Atlas PMI Destinazione Futuro, which lends up to €500k to Italian SMEs referred by Confidi and crowdfunding partners with at least 50% guarantees; Atlas AI^VB Fund I, a global venture fund backing pre-seed and seed AI startups from venture builders and founder programmes; and Terre Agricole Italiane, a 15-year closed real-estate fund buying agricultural land. The chief executive and founding partner is Leonardo Rubattu.
