Overview

B & Capital is an independent Paris management company created in 2016 in partnership with strategy consultancy Roland Berger, whose sector experts support its portfolio companies. It invests €15–45m, as majority or minority shareholder, in French SMEs with €30–150m enterprise value in distribution, specialised industries, B2B services, healthcare, environment and technology, in primary and secondary deals. Its funds RB Capital France 1 (2018, €217m) and RB Capital France 2 (€315m) are backed by institutions, family offices and private investors; in September 2026 it launched RB Small Cap France 1 for €5–15m tickets.
