ABOUT
Bankinter Investment, S.A.U. is the investment-banking subsidiary of Bankinter, S.A. Since 2016 it has built an alternative-investment platform that launches closed-end vehicles for the bank's high-net-worth and institutional clients, each with an exclusive expert partner in its segment (renewable energy, student residences, hotels, logistics property, infrastructure, technology, retail, residential, venture capital and environment), with Bankinter Investment and the partner co-investing as anchor investors. By September 2024 it reported 26 vehicles, close to €5,000M committed by investors and about €8,000M of assets under management including project finance. In March 2026 it agreed to merge its manager with Plenium Partners and to take a significant stake in Access Capital Partners, both subject to regulatory approval.
