Capelia is an independent investment company founded in Lyon in 2008, created, run and fully funded by entrepreneurs, that backs ownership transfers of French SMEs. It invests €3–12M per deal, as majority or minority shareholder, in all types of transfer transactions (MBO, MBI, OBO, family transfers, build-ups) across all sectors and regions of France.
