Credem Euromobiliare Private Asset SGR is the asset-management company of the Credem group for private assets, built on Credem Private Equity SGR, which the Bank of Italy authorised in 2003; it took its current name in February 2026. Its current funds are Élite, Credem Venture Capital II and the EltifPlus ELTIF, which co-invest through shared vehicles in companies such as Regas, Lir (Laboratori Italiani Riuniti), Finlogic and Novaref.

Minority or control stakes in Italian SMEs with a positive track record and a medium-term plan to improve market position, MBO/MBI with co-investing managers, family buy-outs that simplify fragmented shareholdings, and a share of the funds for innovative projects close to Italian industrial strengths.
