Overview
Entrepreneur Invest is an independent portfolio management company founded in 2000 by entrepreneurs and chaired by founder Bertrand Folliet. It finances profitable French and European SMEs with €4–100M revenue as an active minority investor, using ordinary and preferred shares, bonds with warrants and convertible bonds, in development, build-up and transmission deals. Since 2020 it also finances property developers and dealers, and since 2021 runs multi-manager funds (secondaries, private debt, litigation finance). Its funds are sold to private savers through private banks, wealth advisers and life-insurance contracts.

Active minority investor in profitable SMEs (€4–100M revenue) in France and Europe, using low-dilution instruments (preferred shares, OBSA, convertible bonds) for growth, build-ups, OBO/MBO and MBI; €3–12M tickets over 3–7 years; verticals in software, education/training, consumer, hospitality and leisure, B2B services, health and industry.
