Overview

Galia Gestion is a portfolio management company authorised by the AMF in November 2002 that invests equity and quasi-equity of €1M to €10M, as majority or minority shareholder, in profitable regional SMEs and mid-caps in development and transmission deals, mainly in south-west France. It has offices in Bordeaux and Toulouse and manages FPCI funds, SCRs and retail FIP funds; it is currently deploying its fifth FPCI vintage, Galia Investissements V, launched in early 2025. It is owned 60% by Naxicap Partners, 20% by its team and 10% each by Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes and CE Capital. It reported €138M under management at 31 December 2025 and about 50 portfolio companies.

Multisector development and transmission capital for profitable regional SMEs and mid-caps with solid growth prospects and strong management, with experience in IT, health, agrifood, e-commerce, services and niche industries; innovation capital only marginally and no fund currently deployed on that strategy.
