Innovative-RFK (i-RFK) is an industrial holding company founded in 2017 and listed on Euronext Access Paris since December 2019, part of the RedFish group (Redfish Capital Partners). It invests in minority or majority stakes of Italian innovative SMEs with a medium-to-long-term horizon, using the tax incentives for investors in innovative startups and SMEs, and has raised capital through equity crowdfunding campaigns and minibonds. Recent investments include Audio Technologies (65%, May 2023) and Abbrevia (October 2023), both alongside club deals of private investors.
