Overview
iXO Private Equity was founded in 2003 and has been wholly owned by its management team since 2011. From offices in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon and Nantes it invests in development, buyout and growth capital for SMEs and mid-caps in southern France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Brittany-Pays de la Loire, as minority or majority shareholder with tickets of €2M–€30M. It manages about twenty FPCI and FIP funds for institutional and individual investors, with roughly €1bn under management and 70 portfolio companies according to its 2026 brochure.
