Overview

Montefiore Investment, created in 2005 and based in Paris with offices in Milan and Madrid, invests in service-sector SMEs and mid-sized companies, mostly as majority shareholder. It reports €5bn of equity under management, more than 70 staff and about 80 companies backed since 2005, and is deploying its sixth fund generation. It also manages the Nov Tourisme fund for the tourism sector and, since 2021–2022, has been shareholder and strategic partner of the greentech manager Starquest.

Sector specialisation in services (business services, digital and technology, consumer services, leisure and tourism, healthcare, financial services) and growth buyouts that help companies reach new scale, usually as majority shareholder.
