Overview
Palladio Holding (PFH) is an independent holding company with permanent capital, with offices in Milan and Vicenza, that invests in private equity and renewable energy. It grew out of Palladio Leasing, founded by Roberto Meneguzzo with Veneto entrepreneurs and sold to Mediobanca in 1989; the proceeds started Palladio Finanziaria, today PFH, whose shareholders include entrepreneurs, professionals and Italian financial institutions. PFH raised the Venice vehicle (over €200M, 2006) and VEI Capital (over €500M, 2010, with banking and insurance limited partners), and in 2011 started the VEI Green renewables platform (VEI Green II launched 2018; the site gives an investment period of 2011–2022). Recent direct investments include Wisycom (2022), DPA Microphones and Nice Footwear (2023) and Eagleprojects (2024).
